Diet 8:30 a.m. Half a Naked juice, water, banana. 1:30 p.m. Arby's sandwich, fries, soda. Shit lunch, but we got out of a first-time homebuyers seminar late and I didn't have time to make anything. 6 p.m. Pizza at Amanda's parents while we worked on wedding planning. I feel like I need to fast tomorrow.
Strength and Conditioning 3 x 2:00 rounds: jump rope, shadow boxing, heavy bag, sparring.
Skills Nothing really, just trying to get back into a rhythm before Golden Gloves.
