I'm fighting on Thursday. I'm not apprehensive about anything except having to shave my beard off. I sparred three hard rounds on Saturday but I am taking a break from CrossFit starting a week out from the fight and trying to rest as much as possible. I am going to Throwbacks tomorrow and Wednesday.
Diet 8 p.m. Small bowl of cereal, muffin. 10 p.m. Apple. 12:30 p.m. Homemade chicken curry and water. 2:30 p.m. Small bag o' peanuts. 8 p.m. Chili, bread, steamed vegetables.

I came home and worked for hours - laundry, yard work, dishes, playing with/walking/bathing the dogs. A couple of days of no CrossFit, no MMA workout, and I feel GOOD.
