Stayed up too late last night. Eight hours wasn't really enough rest but I am pleased with the new workout schedule. No burnout like I was getting with the two-a-days.

Diet 8 a.m. Smoothie, sausage, egg and cheese sammich. Noon French dip sandwich, small portion of fries, water. 3 p.m. Small bowl of chili, chips, water.

Strength & Conditioning Did a Tabata workout at CrossFit - five excercises, eight 20-second intervals of each with 10 seconds of rest. Add up the low reps of each exercise and that's your total score. It was hard but at least I could pace myself.
